Your order is normally packed and shipped within 1–2 days, except during high-traffic periods. Orders placed on holidays are usually shipped the next business day. Normal delivery time is 2–5 days. The package can be collected at your nearest pickup point/postbox.

Returns

We follow the Distance Selling Act, which means you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You have a 14-day return period from the day you receive the products. During this time, you can send the product back and get your money refunded.

You may examine the product in the same way you would in a store (e.g., open the packaging, check that the product is as expected), but you may not “use” it in a way that reduces its value.

If the product is sealed and you break the seal, the right of withdrawal does not apply according to the law. In this case, you cannot return it under the right of withdrawal, even if you have not used the product. If you do so, MYCASCADE may be entitled to make a deduction.

You may return the products in the same package they arrived in as long as the package is intact.

A return label is always included in the package. If it is missing or if you have other questions, always contact MYCASCADE customer service at info@mycascade.se.

Complaints

Here’s what to do:

  1. Send us an email at info@mycascade.se and include your order number.

  2. Describe the issue, including which product it concerns and what the problem is.

  3. If possible, attach images that clearly show the problem.

In most cases, we take the product back in order to examine the issue more closely and follow up with our supplier. We will then either send you a new product or issue a refund.

Free Gift Included

If you receive a free gift with your purchase, this item must also be returned in the event of a return.

If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your order refund.

Promotions

When returning an order where a promotion has been used—such as “Buy 1 Get 1”—all products included in the promotion must be returned. This means the product received at no extra cost as part of the promotion must also be included in the return for a full refund.

If only part of the promotional package is returned, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount according to the regular price of the product you keep.

Customer Data

We store the following personal data:

First name, Last name, Company/organization, Email, Personal/organization number, VAT number, Address, Postal code, City, Country, Phone number.

Orders: IP address, Email, Personal/organization number, VAT number, Address, Company, First name, Last name, Postal code, City, Phone number.

As a customer, you may request an extract, correction, or deletion of this information at any time.
